Ingredients
• Two cups unsweetened grated coconut (optional)
• One-half cup coconut milk
• One and one-third cups white sugar
• One cup almond flour
• One-quarter cup unsweetened grated coconut, or as needed (optional)

Method
• Mix two cups grated coconut and coconut milk in a bowl.
• Melt sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently, for about five minutes.
• Remove from heat and stir in coconut mixture and almond flour. Cool until easily handled.
• Roll mixture into bite-size balls.
• Coat balls in one-quarter cup grated coconut.
• Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Method

• Add ice, tequila, lime juice, orange juice, and agave syrup to the shaker.
• Shake for about 30 seconds until frosted.
