My marriage broke up early this year. My kids are with my hubby. Seeing them has been difficult for me. It’s draining me. Please help.

A broken marriage can be traumatizing. I know that if you could, this would not have happened. It is beyond you so, please, do not beat yourself over what you have no complete control over.
Why is your ex barring you from seeing your kids?
Has he given you any cogent reason?
You may need to seek legal redress as soon as possible please.
Be positive.
