Chill off with Red sangria and avocado salad

Red sangria is a Spanish wine recipe which can do wonders for your taste buds. It’s like nothing you’ve ever tasted before. Check it out.
Prep Time: 15 mins.
Chill time: 8 hours
Total Time: 8 hrs. 15 mins.
Servings: 8

Red sangria

Ingredients
• A half cup of orange juice
• One bottle of Garnacha (750ml)
• A quarter to a half cup of brandy
• One green apple, cored and chopped
• One lime, thinly sliced
• One orange, thinly sliced and then cut into quarters
• A third cup of raspberries or sliced strawberries

Method

  • Begin by slicing the green apple, lime, and orange, and if you’ve chosen raspberries or strawberries, prepare them as well. Gather these fruits into a large pitcher.
  • Next, take the bottle of Garnacha, orange juice, and your chosen amount of brandy, and combine them with the fruit in the pitcher. Stir the concoction well to ensure the flavors meld together.
  • For the flavors to fully infuse and blend, the sangria should be chilled. Ideally, let it sit in the refrigerator for a full day, or twenty-four hours, to achieve the best fruit-infused taste.
  • When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice and pour the chilled sangria over them, making sure to get some of the fruit into each glass.
