Davido says Chioma’s wedding ring is worth the price of two or three Rolls Royce motor cars.
The average cost of the luxury automobile is about $500,000 which amounts to ₦745 million at ₦1,490/USD.
Based on this analogy, the ring could be around $1.5 million.
Earlier this month, Davido disclosed that he and Chioma would be wedding in Lagos on June 25.
On Friday, Cubana Chief Priest shared an Instagram post of Davido and Chioma in the company of their friends.
In the accompanying caption, the socialite said the wedding ceremony will be a “strict gathering of real friends and family”.
In the video, Cubana captured several luxury cars including a few Rolls-Royce in preparation for the event.
Davido boasted about Chioma’s ring being worth the price of two or three Rolls-Royce cars.
“We’re rolling on a Rolls-Royce. A Yoruba man steps out and says I am coming down to Imo to pick an amazing fruit and it’s happening,” Cubana said.
“They fought it. They tried to stop it. They did everything possible to end it but the will of God happened.”
Davido engaged Chioma in 2019.
Their union, however, temporarily hit the rocks in 2021 amid allegations that the singer was in another relationship.
The couple lost Ifeanyi, their first child together, on October 30, 2022.
In March 2023, the 31-year-old singer disclosed that he and Chioma were officially married.
“I travelled. I am married. A lot of different things but we are ready now to get back on the road,” he had said.
The lovebirds welcomed twins in the US in October 2023.
