Friends of Ufuoma Peace, a Nigerian woman grappling with the devastating loss of her three children, are voicing fears about her well-being, suspecting she might be contemplating suicide.
Human rights activist, Israel Joe, has taken to social media to offer counsel and support to the grieving mother.
In a Facebook post on Friday (today), Ufuoma Peace, residing in Ughelli (a town close to warri), Delta State, opened up about the profound tragedy that has befallen her, disclosing the loss of her three children within a single year, exacerbated by additional hardships from her family members.
Mr. Joe’s message on social media resonated deeply with the concerned community: “Ufuoma Peace… We are disturbed by your chats of sųicíde early this morning.
“No matter what you are going through, taking your life isn’t an option.
“Pls reconsider your decision, as such thoughts are not from God. Pls,Ughelli check up on Peace.”
Amid growing apprehension, Ufuoma Peace’s friends have reported that she has been unresponsive to phone calls, intensifying the urgency of the situation.
