Juventus have officially terminated Paul Pogba’s contract with the club.
The Serie A giants confirmed this in a statement on Friday.
Pogba is preparing to make a return to football after his four-year ban for failing a drug test was reduced to 18 months.
The Frenchman will be able to play again in March 2025.
However, Juventus considered Pogba surplus to requirements in Thiago Motta’s squad.
The statement reads, “Juventus Football Club and Paul Pogba announce that they have mutually agreed to the termination of the sports performance contract, effective from 30 November 2024.
“The company wishes Paul all the best for his professional future.”
