Netizens have offered their opinion after a female marketer lost her job.
According to Agu, a statistician who shared the story via his X handle @AguofApapa, the female marketer was expected to bring in N300m monthly, though she is on N360K per month salary.
Agu had tweeted, “A friend of mine just lost her marketing job. Her target was N300M inflow monthly while paid 360k.
“We are really unserious and unreasonable in this country and take advantage of each other. Because of 360k you are telling me to go look for N300M monthly in this economy.”

While I was with one of the banks, my target was 1.3billion sitting balance (retention). Not inflow and my salary was below 200k
