Street cleaner allegedly found N800K, phones, returned them to owner

A young street cleaner in Ojabugbe Street, Okumagbe, Warri, Delta State, has reportedly returned a considerable sum of money and valuable items to the rightful owner.

The post was shared on Facebook by Warri Aproko II. He did not provide the name of the said cleaner.

According to the story, on Saturday [today], while performing his street cleaning duties, the man reportedly noticed a bag fall from a tricycle and, upon closer inspection, he discovered N800,000 and two Android phones inside the bag.

He was said to have chased down the tricycle in an attempt to return the lost items, but he did not catch up with the rider.

It was, however, reported that he eventually located the owner, a woman and returned the items to her.
