Two years after he had passed on, DIG Israel Ajao’s name appeared as Board Chairman on the website of the Lagos State Neighbourhood Safety Agency.
Ajao passed away in June 2022.
Late, Ajao, who retired in 2010 as a Deputy Inspector-General of Police (DIG), was appointed as chairman of the agency in 2017.
He died in December 2022, but the agency appeared to have been unable to recover from his death as he was still named its board chairman on Wednesday August 21, 2024.
