After a yet-to-be confirmed 58-hour wash-a-thon, Obafemi Awolowo University undergraduate, Enitan Subair, has landed in hospital.
Enitan had been on a handwashing marathon to set a new Guinness World Record. She ended the marathon in the early hours of Monday [today].
The Guinness World Record is yet to confirm her success.
According to a post on the official X handle for the marathon, Enitan ended the marathon after 58 hours, surpassing her original 50-hour goal.
A video shared by an X [formerly Twitter] user, @Dr_Bush, shows that her hands have turned white and wrinkled as a result of the 58-hour handwashing marathon.
