Nigerian Fuji maestro, K1 De Ultimate, has appealed to President Bola Tinubu to release IPOB leader, Nnamdi Kanu.
He also appealed to the president to allow the self-exiled Yoruba Nation agitator, Sunday Igboho, to return to the country.
Igboho was arrested by Interpol at Cadjèhoun Airport in Cotonou, Benin Republic, in July 2021, after he fled the country. He was headed to Germany, along with his wife, reports said.
Kanu, on the other hand, was abducted while traveling in Kenya and was brought to Nigeria. He has been in the custody of the Department of State Services since June 2021.
In the the video posted on his Instagram page, Kwam 1 described Igboho as a Yoruba son, appealing to Tinubu to allow him to return to Nigeria.
Also, in what appears to be a veiled reference to Nnamdi Kanu, he urged Tinubu to call a meeting of Igbo leaders to discuss the way forward on his matter.
