Vice President Kashim Shettima and former professional footballer Nwankwo Kanu, aka, Papilo, ‘invaded’ the Super Eagles locker room immediately after their excellent routing of the South African national team Bafana Bafana on Wednesday at the ongoing 2023 Africa Cup of Nations [AFCON] tournament in Cote d’Ivoire.
The Vice President had arrived Cote d’Ivoire ahead of the semi-finals on Wednesday to give the Super Eagles moral support and the national team didn’t disappoint.
Kanu was also there in person and, together with Shettima, they gave the national heroes warm embrace that speaks more than 10,000 words!
