A man from Abuja has shared his shocking experience on social media platform X after he returned from a business trip to find his apartment in ruins. He claimed that his girlfriend of one month, whom he left in his apartment, had destroyed his belongings because she suspected him of cheating on her.
According to his post, he traveled to Ilorin on Friday morning for a business deal and could not communicate with his girlfriend due to poor network in the area. He said he was not with any other woman and had not switched off his phone. However, his girlfriend apparently thought otherwise and decided to take revenge on him by trashing his apartment.
He posted several photos of his damaged property, including his TV, fridge, bed, and clothes. He said his neighbor told him that his girlfriend left around 5 pm on Sunday. He expressed his frustration and disbelief at her actions and asked for advice on what to do next.
