The Delta State Command Police Public Relations Officer [PPRO] Bright Edafe courted trouble from male and female on X [formerly Twitter] when he advised married women and ladies in serious relationship to not allow their men use vehicles with tinted windscreens.
According to him, men who clamour for tinted permit simply want to do “sneaky” stuff without being caught.
