The Delta State Police Command has arrested a man identified as Akpoveta School for allegedly stabbing his sugar mummy, Glory Akpaku, to death.
This was disclosed on X by the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, Bright Edafe.
According to SP Edafe, during interrogation, the suspect confessed that he stabbed the victim three times because she failed to give him a sum of N100,000 he had requested from her.
He also claimed that the said sum was his money that he had asked her to save on his behalf.
The State Public Relations Officer also stated that when asked why he killed her, the suspect said, “Na devil work o.”
