A complete lifestyle change is very important right now.
You must also cultivate the habit of being positive. Diabetes as far as we know is no longer a death sentence if properly managed.
I know a man who had been diabetic since he was in his 30s. He died at over 90 and it wasn’t diabetes that killed him.
