Foster environment of equal opportunity, Remi Tinubu tells women

The First Lady of Nigeria, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, has called on women to unleash their transformative potential, stressing their ability to shape the future as leaders, innovators, caregivers, and agents of positive change.

Addressing the 23rd National Women’s Conference organized by the Committee of Wives of Lagos State Officials (COWLSO) in Lagos, Senator Tinubu emphasized the urgent need for women to break down barriers that limit their progress and foster an environment of equal opportunity.

She urged women to work together to ensure that every woman in Nigeria has the tools and opportunities to reach her full potential.

According to her, women’s potential transcends personal success and extends to uplifting families, communities, and Nigeria as a whole.

She therefore called on all participants to embrace the conference’s theme, ‘Unleash Your Potential’, for the benefit of themselves, their respective states, and the nation.

Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, in a goodwill message, echoed the relevance of the conference’s theme, emphasizing the need to harness the innate abilities and capacities of women to drive national and sub-national development initiatives.
