The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, met with a delegation from the Prince’s Trust International on Wednesday.
The Prince’s Trust International was founded by His Majesty King Charles III to tackle the global crisis of youth unemployment and has been supporting young people worldwide since 2015.
The Trust works with local partners to develop programmes and interventions to help young people to build their own futures.
Says the PTI on its website: “We are committed to amplifying the voices of young people on the global stage and putting their needs at the very heart of the design and delivery of our work. This complements global efforts to deliver the Sustainable Development Goals.
“Our programmes are now present in over 20 countries within the Commonwealth and beyond across Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East and Europe,” the PTI adds.
