Bayowa Films, a Nigerian film producer and marketer, has been accused by Busola Oke, a gospel singer, of withholding her music royalties because she rejected alleged sexual advances.
The singer expressed her frustration in a video that was recently released, saying that she has nothing to show for her musical career despite making several hit songs under Bayowa Films.
She narrated how Bayowa Films allegedly betrayed her trust and took away her earnings from the songs he marketed for her, forcing her to sell her properties and suffer huge financial losses that she is still recovering from.
She recalled how she started working with Bayowa and released many songs through him, and said that he will surely face the consequences of his actions.
The singer expressed regrets that she could have been very rich and famous by now if not for Bayowa’s alleged “wickedness and greed.”
