• One cup of granola
• Honey or sugar (optional)
• One cup of ripe banana
• One cup of strawberry
• Three cups of yoghurt
• One cup of pineapple
• One cup of apple

1. Begin by chopping all your fruits, including strawberries.
2. If you prefer, you can add a touch of honey or sugar to your strawberries for an extra hint of sweetness. Keep these aside for now.
3. Pour a generous amount of yoghurt, about 1/3 cup, into each tall glass as the initial layer.
4. Follow this with a sprinkle of granola, the sweetened strawberries, and the remaining fruits. If you’d like to ensure that the granola and fruits remain buoyant, initiate your layering with granola at the base.
5. Continue interchanging the ingredients until your glass is brimming.
6. It’s best to dive into your parfait straight away to relish the crispiness of the granola.
7. Enjoy!
